Planting/spraying/irrigation/harvesting condition ratings by location - not a generic forecast.

No weather data source is wired up yet - this needs an external weather API integration, which doesn't exist anywhere in the platform today.

→Pick and integrate a weather API (location-based forecast + historicals)
→Define the farming-condition rating logic (planting/spraying/irrigation/harvesting) from raw weather data
→Combine with a farmer's actual farm-service location once auth/personalization is added
